1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

2. The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in Siwan Town P. S. Case No.388 of 2023 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 506, 385 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The Court is not inclined to entertain the second anticipatory bail application as the petitioner had earlier moved this Court seeking anticipatory bail by filing Cr. Misc. No.8125 of 2024 and the same was permitted to be withdrawn by an order dated 10.09.2024.

4. The prayer of the petitioner for second anticipatory bail stands rejected.
