Petitioner seeks bail in Sessions Trial No. 21 of 2018 arising out of Kuchaikote PS Case No. 284 of 2017 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 307 and 302 of the IPC.

It is submitted by learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner that other co-accused persons namely Ashok Shahi, Niranjan Shahi and Sanjay Shahi have been allowed subsequent to rejection of the petitioner's bail on 21.5.2018. He claims parity with the aforesaid accused persons since the allegations are general and omnibus against all the accused persons.

No.67556 of 2018(39) dt.19-12-2018 2/2 Considering the aforesaid submissions and on going through the orders passed in the case of Ashok Shahi, Niranjan Shahi and Sanjay Shahi in Cr. Misc. Nos. 49706 of 2018, 19594 of 2018 and 70591 of 2018, this Court considers that the petitoner is entitled to parity of bail and the prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge V, Gopalganj in Sessions Trial No. 21 of 2018 arising out of Kuchaikote PS Case No. 284 of 2017.
