The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Adapur P.S. Case No. 100 of 2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B), 201, 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The case of the prosecution is that the accused persons had set the deceased lady on fire on account of nonfulfillment of demand of dowry after torturing her. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are father-in-law, mother-in-law, sister-in-law and brother-in-law of the deceased lady, whereas the husband of the deceased lady is in custody, hence no prejudice would be

It is further submitted that the facts and circumstances of the case would show that the petitioners are not the main accused and, if at all, any complicity is there in the alleged crime, it is that of the husband of the deceased lady, who is in custody. The petitioners are in custody since 27.07.2018. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be enlarged on regular bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Raxaul at Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Adapur P.S. Case No. 100 of 2018.
