The application for anticipatory bail arises out of Birpur P.S. Case No. 101 of 2018, disclosing offences under Sections 467, 468, 471, 420 and 120-B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation against the petitioner is that she obtained employment as Panchayat Teacher on the basis of forged and fabricated certificates.

Learned counsel, appearing on behalf of the petitioner, has submitted that the petitioner is no more in employment and she is ready to co-operate with the investigation by presenting herself before the police, as and

He has also submitted that since the accusation is based on the documents, there is no chance of tampering with the evidence. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, in the event of her arrest/surrender within six weeks from today in the court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, 1st, Begusarai in Birpur P.S. Case No. 101 of 2018, subject to the conditions, as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

This is subject to the condition that the petitioner shall present herself before the Police/Court, as the case may be, as and when required and in the event of failure on her part to appear before the Court on two consecutive occasions, her bail bonds shall be liable to be cancelled.
