2. The accused/petitioner seeks bail in connection with S.T. No.266 of 2024 arising out of Shankarpur P.S. Case No.187 of 2023 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 120-B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. It appears out of submission that almost all the prosecution witnesses have been examined in this case and the record is fixed for recording of statement of petitioner/accused under Section 313 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
