The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Forbesganj P.S. Case No. 643 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147/148/149/341/323/307/ 427 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the nature of allegation and the injury, the present anticipatory bail application is allowed.
