It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the District Education Officer, Bhojpur at Ara (respondent no.4) who is the Chairman of the Promotion Committee is not conducting the meeting of the Promotion Committee which has led to non-consideration of petitioner's claim for higher scale on account of revision and selection grade. The petitioner has made a representation in this respect on 22.9.2018 before the Director, Primary Education, Government of Bihar (respondent no.3) by giving a copy to respondent no.4 for such consideration. He submits that if the matter is considered by the authorities, then his grievance is likely to be redressed.

Considering the limited submission made by learned

Patna High Court CWJC No.22713 of 2018(2) dt.13-12-2018 2/2 counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of. The Director, Primary Education, Government of Bihar (respondent no.3) shall ensure that the grievances of the petitioner is considered by the competent authority in accordance with law expeditiously and preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

If any benefits are found due to the petitioner as a result of such consideration, the same should be paid to him during the aforesaid period.
