The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Raniganj P.S. Case No.314 of 2019 registered under Sections 406, 420 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The Block Development Officer, Raniganj alleged that the petitioner coerced Shanti Devi and took Rs.20,000/- in installment from the beneficiary of Pradhan Mantri Aawas Yojna.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no manner of concern with the Pradhan Mantri Aawash Yojna. There is no chit of paper to show that the petitioner received any money from the beneficiary of Pradhan Mantri Aawas Yojna.
Having considered the facts and the nature of

No.84555 of 2019(3) dt.18-06-2020 2/2 allegations made against the petitioner and the fact that the petitioner has no manner of concern with the Pradhan Mantri Aawas Yojna, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Araria in connection with Raniganj P.S. Case No.314 of 2019 (G.R. No.3276 of 2019), subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J) Harish/- U T
