The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Muzaffarpur Nagar (Town) P.S. Case No. 576 of 2018, registered under Sections 356, 379, 411 and 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is that in course of moving of the informant Sunil Kumar on his pulsar motorcycle, two persons persons came from behind on the motorcycle and snatched mobile of the informant. On chase, some local persons stopped the motorcycle, while one person, who was pillion rider succeeded to flee away, but petitioner was apprehended and snatched mobile of the informant was recovered from the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.71452 of 2018(2) dt.06-12-2018 2/2 possession of the petitioner. Thereafter, he was handed over to the Police.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent is in custody since 08.08.2018.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in connection with Muzaffarpur (Town) P.S. Case No. 576 of 2018, subject to the condition that one surety must be parent/close relative of the petitioner.
