2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Beladur P.S. Case No. 210/2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 103(1), 61(2) of B.N.S. and Section 27 of Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner along with other accused are alleged to have killed the deceased.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in the case. Learned counsel further submits that he has three criminal antecedents in which he is on bail and he is in custody since 23.07.2025. The petitioner undertakes to co-operate in the case/ trial.

5. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.87347 of 2025(4) dt.06-04-2026 2/2 for regular bail of the petitioner and submitted that the dead body of the deceased was recovered subsequently, during investigation, the petitioner and others have given a selfinculpatory statement that they killed the deceased because the deceased had tried to molest the girl whose marriage was being solemnized as D.J. was stopped. It has further come during investigation that the murder weapon has been recovered from the house of the petitioner.

6. Considering the allegations levelled against the petitioner as well as the recovery of the murder weapon from the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
