2. The present writ petition has been filed for quashing of the Annexure-12 i.e. letter issued by Memo No. 15 dated 04.02.2019 by which the case of the petitioner has not been considered and kept in the new panel granting exemption with regard to upper limit of the age.

3. Counsel for the petitioners submits that in C.W.J.C. No. 5663 of 2017 vide order dated 10.12.2018, it was a

Patna High Court CWJC No.3259 of 2020(3) dt.08-12-2023 2/2 categorical direction in the order that if process of empanellment has started, the case of petitioners shall also be considered as per law. While considering the case of the petitioners, the authority shall consider whether the petitioners can be granted exemption with regard to the upper limit of the age.
