Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 109, 118(1), 352, 351(2) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

The Investigating Officer of the case, in compliance of the order dated 19-2-2026, is present in the Court.

Learned APP submits that injury report of Piyush and Aditya now is on record and they have suffered simple injury.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that from perusal of the allegations as alleged in the FIR, it would manifest that the informant alleges that on 2-7-2025, when he along with Piyush reached near Shyam Sharm's furniture shop at about 7:30 PM, they found water logging on the road, further at the same time, petitioners and others were going, when some water flashed on the petitioners from the bicycle of the informant which led to an altercation leading to assault of the informant and his uncle by accused.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that on a trivial issue, an altercation took place in which both sides assaulted each other. It is next submitted that even the injuries suffered by the informant and Piyush have been opined to be simple in nature.

Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners.

After hearing the learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with
