The petitioner apprehends his arrest in C.R. No. 637/2017, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 406, 465 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code. The complainant alleged that he gave Rs. 18,00,000/- to Kumar Amrit Shrikant for purchasing 01 Bigha 17 Kattha 17 Dhurs of land of Khata no. 1756, Khesra no. 7527 situated in village - Vasudevpur and P.S. - Sadar Darbhanga, but Kumar Amrit Shrikant and others including the petitioner got the aforesaid land sold to different persons and they did not return the money.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that Kumar
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.75756 of 2018(3) dt.11-01-2019 2/2 Amrit Shrikant has already been granted anticipatory bail vide order dated 29.08.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 49484/2018. The petitioner did not execute any agreement of sale deed in favour of the complainant.
Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner abovenamed, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga in connection with C.R. No. 637/2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J) vinita/- U T
