2. This application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking direction upon the respondent to conduct proper and fair investigation in connection with Dalsinghsarai P.S. Case No.336 of 2022.

3. The Superintendent of Police, Samastipur has appeared virtually and assisted this Court. He has submitted that

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.18 of 2025(3) dt.07-08-2025 2/2 the investigation is going on and he requires two months more time to conclude the investigation.

4. In these circumstances, this application is disposed of with direction to the police to conclude the investigation expeditiously.
