In the present case, the petitioner is claiming for grant of exemption in passing the departmental examination as per Departmental Examination Rules, 2018 on the plea that the petitioner has already crossed the age of 50 years and claiming that his case is covered by the order and judgment passed in C.W.J.C. No.14099 of 2018 (Neena Singh Vs. The State of Bihar & Ors.) disposed of on 04.09.2018.

Patna High Court CWJC No.23423 of 2018(2) dt.13-12-2018 2/2 prayer of the present case vis-a-vis the case of Neena Singh and if it is found that all are identical, the present petitioner should also be granted the identical relief as has been given to Neena Singh within a period of ten weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
