Petitioner apprehends his arrest in Mahila P.S. Case No.25 of 2018 registered under Sections 307, 325 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant is the wife of the petitioner. The informant alleged that her husband on account of demand of dowry subjected her to physical and mental torture. On account of assault made by the petitioner, the informant sustained different injuries.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the informant had earlier lodged Bagaha Mahila P.S. Case No.21 of 2018 and another case in the year 2017 in which the petitioner is on bail. Now the case has been compromised. The wife is residing in one house of the petitioner.

Considering the facts that the wife has lodged the present case as third case against her husband and the injuries found on the body of the wife is simple in nature, let petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of this order be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Bagaha, District West Champaran in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No.25 of 2018, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
