2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Asarganj P.S. Case No. 14 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 447, 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per allegation, when the informant came to his house in the evening, the accused persons came there and started abusing him. Further, they assaulted his brother with lathi and danda. When the informant came to save his brother, at the order of petitioner, co-accused Kanhaiya Yadav opened

4. The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated. The allegation against the petitioners are general and omnibus in nature. The allegation of firing is on co-accused, Kanhaiya Yadav @ Kailu Yadav on order of co-accused, Suresh Yadav.

5. On the other hand, learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioners.

6. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Munger in connection with Asarganj P.S. Case No. 14 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
