The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Pakribarawan P.S. Case No. 132 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent. Referring to the prosecution case, learned counsel submits that there is general and omnibus allegation against all the accused persons. Referring to the case of Suraj Kumar, learned counsel submits that the case of the petitioners and Suraj Kumar is identical and
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.74346 of 2018(2) dt.20-12-2018 2/2 the said Suraj Kumar has been granted anticipatory bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 28.09.2018 in Cr. Misc. No. 60202 of 2018.
Considering the aforesaid, the petitioners named above, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within one month from today, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Nawada in connection with Pakribarawan P.S. Case No. 132 of 2018 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
