2. This is an application for modification of the order dated 04.12.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 82886 of 2024.

3. It is a peculiar case where an order was passed on 04.12.2024 and considering that custody period was missing in the petition, learned counsel for the petitioner himself contributed to Rs. 1000/- Patna High Court Legal Services Committee.

4. The matter was heard and the relief granted to the petitioner. A modification petition has been filed submitting that the father's name as per the AADHAR is 'Lahawar Sahani' but only because it was incorporated as 'Lachhawar Sahani', he could not come out of the jail. The petitioner for the said fault intends to pay Rs. 1000/- to the District Legal Services

5. Mr. Jitendra Kumar Singh, learned APP has gone through the petition and submits that the name in AADHAR is different from what was incorporated in the cause title of the said order.

6. The order dated 04.12.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 82886 of 2024 stands modified whereupon the name of petitioner's father be treated and read as 'Lachhawar Sahani @ Lahawar Sahani', subject to the payment of Rs. 1000/- to the District Legal Services Committee, East Champaran, Motihari.

7. The petition stands disposed of.
