2. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Mahila P.S Case No. 32 of 2023 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 494/498/376 and 315 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. Earlier the regular bail application of the petitioner was rejected by this court vide order dated 22.04.2024 in Cr. Misc. No. 8977 of 2024.
4. On perusal of records, vide order dated 21.02.2025 present stage of the trial has been called for and the time frame
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.12528 of 2025(3) dt.04-04-2025 2/2 required to the Trial Court to conclude the trial. It appears that Trial Court need further four months time to conclude the trial.
5. Accordingly, the present regular bail application of the petitioner is hereby rejected.
6. However, petitioner is at liberty to renew his prayer for bail after the end of further four month time given to the Trial Court, and if petitioner cooperates in the trial and files such bail application before the Trial Court, the Trial Court shall consider the bail application of the petitioner on its own merit.
