2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 366 (A) of the Indian Penal Code .

3 . As per the prosecution case , on the alleged date and time of occurrence , this petitioner along with other coaccused persons kidnapped the minor daughter of informant for the purpose of marriage who is still traceless.

4. Considering the nature of accusation and also the fact that victim is still traceless, prayer for pre-arrest bail of the petitioners is rejected.
