JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 01-09-2021 The instant case has been taken up for consideration through the mode of Video conferencing in view of the prevailing situation on account of COVID 19 Pandemic, requiring social distancing.

The present writ petition has been filed for commanding the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner for appointment/ absorption on the post of literate constable (Operator) in the Bihar Police Radio Organization in as much as the petitioner is stated to be fulfilling all the criteria for that post and has also submitted an application before the Superintendent of Police, Jehanabad on 15.10.2014, prior to the

advertisement/wireless notice bearing no. O.R.G. 352/RO Signal dated 23.09.2014, issued by the Director General of Police, Bihar, Patna.

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to approach the Director General of Police, Bihar, Patna by filing an appropriate representation regarding his grievance pertaining to his appointment/ absorption. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate representation before the respondent No.2 i.e. the Director General of Police, Bihar, Patna and in case such a representation is filed within a period of four weeks from today, the same shall be considered and disposed of within a period of twelve weeks, thereafter by a speaking and a reasoned order.
