The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Barhara P.S. Case No. 146 of 2019 for the offences punishable under Sections 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1b)1, 26,35 of the Arms Act. The allegation is regarding recovery of one live cartridge and a mobile from the petitioner herein after he was apprehended by the police.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that the petitioner is having a clean antecedent and is languishing in custody since 04.07.2019.

Case No. 146 of 2019.
