The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Buxar (M) P.S. Case No. 360 of 2018 for the offence under section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Only on the basis of confession of co-accused, namely, Chintu Kumar Rajbhar, this petitioner has been made accused in this case. Similarly placed co-accused having granted Regular Bail by different coordinate benches of this Court vide order dated 01.05.2019, 16.05.2019 and 17.12.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No.28238, 32550 and 65374 respectively. Petitioner is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.82463 of 2019(2) dt.20-01-2020 2/2 in custody since 29.08.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let, the above named, petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in connection with Buxar (M) P.S. Case No. 360 of 2018.
