2. This is the second attempt on behalf of the petitioner for grant of bail in connection with Khodawandpur P.S.Case No. 208 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Section 302, 120B, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. Earlier the bail application of the petitioner has been rejected vide order dated 15.05.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 30853 of 2025, which reads as under:- " Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

2. The petitioner, who is in custody since 05.02.2025, seeks regular bail in connection with Khodawandpur P.S. Case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.88324 of 2025(2) dt.11-02-2026 2/2 No. 208 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 302,120(B), 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. The deceased has been killed by the accused persons including this petitioner after planning as one of the coaccused owed money to the deceased. The name of the petitioner has come in the self inculpatory statement of co-accused Manish Kumar Singh.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case as well as the allegations levelled against the petitioner, I am not nclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this application for regular bail is hereby rejected."

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the charge has been framed.

5. Considering the gravity of the offence and the fact that the trial has started, I am not inclined to review my earlier order.
