Petitioner seeks bail in Mehshi P.S. Case No.410 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 30(a), 37(b), 38 of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It is alleged that 20 litres toddy has been recovered from hut of the petitioner.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that Petitioner is in custody since 16.11.2018.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Special Judge, Excise Act,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.79856 of 2018(2) dt.11-01-2019 2/2 Motihari, in connection with Mehshi P.S. Case No.410 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
