2. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:

"I. For a direction upon the concerned respondents to select/appoint the petitioner on the post of Tola Sewak /Shiksha Sewak in Bhaduki Kala Panchayat under Rafiganj Block, Aurangabad as she is the top in merit list.

II. For a direction upon the concerned respondents to cancel the selection of respondent no.8 who is below in merit list from the petitioner in the selection list of Tola Sewak.

III. For grant of any other relief/reliefs for which

Patna High Court CWJC No.1632 of 2025(2) dt.04-02-2025 2/2 the petitioner is found entitled under the facts and circumstances of the case and in the interest of justice."

3. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already filed representations before the District Magistrate, Aurangabad and the District Education Officer, Aurangabad, but till date no order has been passed by the concerned Authority.

4. Considering the above-made submission, the petitioner is directed to file a fresh representation before the Respondent No. 5 along with all supporting documents within a period of 30 days and the Respondent No.5 is well advised to consider the case of the petitioner after affording opportunity of personal hearing or through her counsel and pass a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law.

5. With the aforesaid direction, the writ application stands disposed of.
