The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Trial No.2416 of 2019 arising out of Complaint Case No.C 288 of 2019 registered for offences punishable under Sections 498A/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the D.P.Act..

Allegation against the petitioner is of demand of dowry and for that torturing her and also solemnizing marriage with another lady.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that allegation is false and moreover he is in custody for more than four months and there is no chance of tampering with the

Heard learned A.P.P. and the learned counsel for the complainant, who has opposed the prayer for bail.. Having heard both sides and considering the fact that he is in custody and there is nothing to show any chance of tampering with the evidence, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned SDJM, Sadar, Motihari in connection with Complaint Case No.C 288 of 2019.
