2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Gaya Muffasil P.S. Case No. 896 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 137(2) and 87 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is said to have abducted the victim.

4. From the statement of the victim, it appears that she had gone on her own and there is no allegation against the petitioner that he has done any illegal act with the victim.

5. The petitioner is in custody since 23.09.2025.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, this application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya Jee/ concerned Court in connection with Gaya Muffasil P.S.
