No. 3053 of 2018 only the permanent address of the petitioner was indicated and not the temporary address, as a result of which the petitioner is in difficulty in getting the vehicle released in pursuance to the order passed on 21.02.2018 in C.W.J.C. No.3053 of 2018. It is stated that the temporary address of the petitioner reads as under: "Rajesh Kumar Mishra, Son of Shri Shravan Kumar Mishra, At- Anisabad Purbi, P.O. Anishabad, P.S.

Keeping in view the aforesaid, we permit the petitioner to incorporate the temporary address as indicated hereinabove in the cause title during the course of the day and while releasing the vehicle, the District Magistrate, Aurangabad shall take note of the aforesaid temporary address of the petitioner also and shall proceed in accordance with law.
