The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Jagdishpur P.S. Case No.432 of 2018 registered under Sections 323, 307, 379, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case due to village politics. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for bail by contending that the petitioner is alleged to have inflicted iron blow on the head of the informant due to which the informant sustained injuries. Therefore, the petitioner does not deserve anticipatory bail.

Having considered the facts aforesaid, this Court is
