Petitioner is in custody in connection with Musarigharari P.S. Case No. 37 of 2019 for the offence under section 392 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Allegation against this petitioner is that he was involved in loot of jewellery.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner was not named in the FIR. He is running public school in the village and till date he has not been put on TIP. The petitioner is in custody since 23.5.2019. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is ready to tender his service as volunteer in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.82760 of 2019(3) dt.18-03-2020 2/2 district of Samastipur. On release, the petitioner shall report to the Civil Surgeon, Samastipur so that his service may be utilized as volunteer.

Considering the fact that petitioner is in custody since 23.5.2019 and he was not named in the FIR yet has not been put on TIP, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Chandra Bhushan Ram, Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Samastipur, in connection with Musarigharari P.S. Case No. 37 of 2019.
