The court is not inclined to interfere with the order contained in Annexure-12. However, in case, non-payment of honorarium for the period 25.01.2016 on wards if the petitioner has discharged the duty as "Tolasewak", the respondents are directed to work out the entitlement of the petitioner for payment of honorarium for the period the petitioner is claiming honorarium and necessary decision with regard to payment of honorarium of the petitioner may be taken by the respondents within a period of sixty days from the date of receipt/production
