The grievance of the petitioner is indecisive on the part of the University in the matter of medical reimbursement claimed by the petitioner.
From Annexure-4 it appears that medical board was constituted by the respondent on 20.10.2016 by which petitioner was to submit original medical bill.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has already submitted original medical bill in compliance of Annexure-4 but University is sitting tight over the matter till date. They have not taken any decision.
