Patna High Court CWJC No.3752 of 2018 dt.05-03-2018 2/2 petitioner chose to remain mum for almost eight years, the settled position almost 14 years ago when the examination was held and conducted and almost eight years since passing of the order dismissing the O.A. many a things have settled down, now the same cannot be agitated to revive a dead issue at the convenience of the petitioner.
Writ is dismissed.
