JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 17-12-2019 The petitioners, who are persons of clean antecedents, seek bail in connection with Mejorgunj P.S. Case No. 181 of 2019 which has been instituted for the offences under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016.

From the possession of petitioner No. 1, 18 litres of liquor is stated to have been recovered whereas from the possession of petitioner Nos. 2 and 3, 16.2 and 13.8 litres of liquor respectively have been recovered. The petitioners are in custody since
