2. Learned counsel for the petitioner, after some arguments, seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition.

3. Learned counsel for the State submits that a counter-affidavit has been filed, in which it has been stated that the grievance of the petitioner has already been redressed, which has been acknowledged in LPA No. 1205 of 2019.

4. However, this Court, without entering into the
