Case No. 135 of 2019, corresponding to G.O. Case No. 16 of 2019, registered for the offences punishable under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act and Sections 8, 20(b)(ii)A, 25 and 29 of N.D.P.S. Act.

There is recovery of 1 Kg. of ganja and 19 litres of liquor from the house of the petitioner.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has falsely been implicated and he is in custody for three months and seized ganja is within the small quantity and charge sheet has been submitted.

Heard learned APP also.

In view of above facts and circumstances, let petitioner released on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.84835 of 2019(2) dt.20-12-2019 2/2 Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Excise Act, Darbhanga, in connection with Jalley P.S.
