JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 04-05-2018 The petitioners, by way of the present writ petition, have prayed for directing the respondents to send the petitioners for mandatory training as Anganbari Sevika and thereafter to take work from them, upon completion of the training in view of the fact that they have been issued the appointment letters. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners would be satisfied in case they are granted liberty to file representation before the respondent no.5 and the respondent no.5 may be directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioners within a specified time frame.

Accordingly, it is directed that the petitioners shall file a representation before the respondent no.5 regarding their aforesaid grievances within a period of two weeks from today and the respondent no.5 is directed to dispose of the same within a period of four weeks thereafter.

The writ petition is disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
