Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has been selected as Warder in the jail but, he could not join on account of pendency of a criminal case and he was in jail. He further submits that the petitioner has filed an application giving reason as to why he could not joint but, he has not been allowed to join the post.

Patna High Court CWJC No.12761 of 2018 dt.14-09-2018 2/2 Let the petitioner should file a fresh representation before the Inspector General, Department of Home (Prison), Bihar, Patna who will take a decision in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of filing of the representation along with a copy of this order.
