====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE NAWNEET KUMAR PANDEY ORAL ORDER 12-02-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Maner P.S. Case No. 348 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 447, 341, 323, 307, 354B, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The specific allegation against the petitioner is that he inflicted farsa blow on the head of the informant.

4. The learned Counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated. The injuries are simple in nature.

5. On the other hand, Mr. Shailendra Kumar, learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner

6. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Danapur, Patna in connection with Maner P.S. Case No. 348 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
