1. The petitioner without availing the remedy of revision as prescribed in the statute has filed the present writ application challenging the order dated 03.10.2019 passed by learned District Magistrate, Supaul in Supply Appeal No. 07 of 2017 whereby the order of cancellation of P.D.S. license passed by Sub Divisional Officer, Supaul has been affirmed.

2. As per the Rule 32 (vi) of the Bihar Targeted Public Distribution System (Control) Order, 2016 any person aggrieved by the order passed by the Appellate Authority may file revision before concerned Divisional Commissioner.

3. In view of the statutory provision, the present writ

Patna High Court CWJC No.281 of 2020(4) dt.13-02-2024 2/2 application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file revision before Divisional Commissioner, Kosi Division within a period of four weeks from today and if such a revision is filed the Divisional Commissioner, Kosi Division shall consider the same in accordance with law within a further period of two months.
