Having regard to the fact that the petitioner seeks deletion of the names of respondents 6 to 9 from the voter list of the Raxaul Assembly Constituency, the petitioner is directed to make a representation to the District Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari (respondent no. 3), to ventilate his grievance within a period of two weeks ffrom the date of receipt of a copy of this order, and on such representation being made, the District Magistrate shall consider and dispose off the same

Patna High Court CWJC No.17829 of 2018(4) dt.16-05-2023 2/2 in accordance with law within a period of 12 weeks from its filing.
