2. This writ application has been filed seeking direction to the B.N. Mandal University, Madhepura, to publish her final result of B.A. Home Science (Honours) Examination, which, according to her, was held in the year 2006. This writ application has been filed 12 years thereafter. According to her own statement, for the first time she made her representation before the University for publication of her result and issuance of mark-sheet on 16.02.2013 i.e. seven years after she claims to
Patna High Court CWJC No.17643 of 2018(2) dt.06-09-2018 2/2 have appeared in the said examination. There being delay on the part of the petitioner which does not have any satisfactory explanation in the pleadings, I am not inclined to entertain this writ application.
