2. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:
"(I) For issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of MANDAMUS Commanding and directing the Respondent authorities to pay on account of revision of pay pursuant of which pension of petitioner has already been revised.
Patna High Court CWJC No.1613 of 2025(2) dt.04-02-2025 2/3 (II) Further for direction to the respondent authorities to pay the differences of pay with statutory as well as penal interest till the date of payment.
(III) Further for direction to the respondent authorities to take proper and judicious decisions over the representations filed by the petitioners.
(IV) Further for issuance of any other writ/writs, order/ orders, direction/directions for which petitioner shall be found entitled Under the facts and circumstances of the case for equitable justice."
3. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have already filed a representation before the concerned Authority, but till date no order has been passed in the said representation.

Considering the above-stated facts, the petitioners are directed to file a fresh representation before the Respondent No. 4 along with all supporting documents within a period of 30 days and the Respondent No. 4 is well advised to consider the case of the petitioners after affording opportunity of personal hearing or through their counsel and pass a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law within one months thereafter.
5. It is made clear that the Respondent No.4 shall be liable for non-compliance of this order within the stipulated period.

6. If the petitioners are found entitled to the payment of differences of pay, then the payment of the same shall be made to the petitioners within two months thereafter.
7. With the aforesaid direction, the writ application stands disposed of.
