Petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Bounsi P.S. Case No. 190 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Allegation against the petitioner is of recovery of Black colour Samsung mobile, cash of Rs. 15370/- and from the dicky of his motorcycle 25 pouches of country made liquor. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case due to dirty politics of village. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody

Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Banka, in connection with Bounsi P.S. Case No. 190 of 2018.
