Petitioner seeks bail in Rampur Choaram P.S.
Case No.48 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 392 Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged in the written report that while informant was returning on motorcycle after collecting electric bill this petitioner along with three other accused persons surrounded him and snatched his papers relating to electric bill, collection amount Rs.9,526/- etc.
Counsel for petitioner submits that earlier altercation has taken place between the parties on issue of meter reading and, thereafter, instant case has been filed. The compromise has

Petitioner is in custody since 22.05.2018.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Arwal, in connection with Rampur Choaram P.S. Case No.48 of 2017, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
