The petitioner is in custody in connection with Kiul Rail P.S. Case No. 142 of 2019 for the offence under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 05.08.2019. He further submits that in all the cases in which the petitioner has been made accused, the same set of persons have been made seizure list witness.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has remained in custody for nearly seven months, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/-(Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like
