2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offence under Sections 341, 324, 308, 379, 384, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution case, this petitioner abused and assaulted informant with knife causing injuries on his head. It is further alleged that this petitioner took away Rs. 1200/- from the pocket of informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the injury, allegedly caused by petitioner, is simple in nature. Petitioner is in custody since 28.10.2024. Chargesheet has been submitted.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposed the bail petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Benipur, Darbhanga in connection with Alinagar P.S. Case No. 60 of 2023.
