JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 20-11-2018 The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Dipnagar P.S. Case No. 336 of 2018, registered for offences punishable under Sections 272, 273, 290 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Allegation is of recovery of 20 litres of liquor from the house of the petitioner.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he has falsely been implicated in this case and has no criminal antecedent and has been in judicial custody since 13.09.2018. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, in view of the above facts, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.65445 of 2018(2) dt.20-11-2018 2/2 bail bonds of Rs. 25,000 (Rs. Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District & Sessions Judge -cum- Special Judge, Excise, Nalanda, Biharsharif, in connection with Dipnagar P.S. Case No. 336 of 2018.
